About Lindsay

My 20 years as a psychotherapist have offered me the ability to utilize a variety of techniques to be able to support each of my clients in their own unique way. I have been featured in Thrive Global, presented at top NYC hospitals and was involved in a full-length documentary on the therapeutic nature of art in the grieving process. My publications include articles in the Journal of Palliative Care and the Canadian Art Therapy Association Journal.

My first 12 years in practice were at St. Luke’s - Roosevelt Hospital (NYC) and Nemours/A.I DuPond Hospital (DE) working with teens and adults who were struggling with anxiety, depression, loss and major life transitions. I then transitioned into the non-profit sector as the Clinical Director of a The Art Therapy Project (NYC). I was able to continue to expand my clinical skills as a therapist for adults with a variety of issues such as loss, childhood trauma, burnout and general anxiety and depression.

Licensed in NY and NJ.
