How will sessions help me?
Working as a psychotherapist for almost 20 years has led me to become an expert at using a variety of modalities to help with depression, anxiety, ADHD and CPTSD. I work with people who are high achieving, always giving, very stressed and in need of a way to make real sustainable change.
How long does therapy last?
This depends on what you’re looking for. Some people stay in therapy to address a specific issue and feel ready to move on after a few months. Others stay longer to address more of their needs. Sometimes people stay just to keep growing and understanding themselves. We will always talk about what your goals are and work together to make a plan that feels right for you.
Do I have to make art?
Nope! I will always have the creative component available to you, but often sessions are utilizing verbal, somatic and experiential techniques to develop the true, lasting changes that you are wanting.
